As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our organic social strategy and guidelines. We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating engaging and high-quality content across various social media platforms.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement organic social strategy and guidelines.
  • Ensure excellent messaging, grammar, and writing in all social media content.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools in the social media space.
  • Create interesting and fun social media content, including Instagram stories, Reels, TikToks, tweets, and more.
  • Lead the Social Media team and collaborate cross-functionally to brainstorm and plan content calendars.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, making necessary changes to grow social media audiences.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 3-4 years as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong writing and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in creating high-quality content for various social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor and report on social media performance.
